Can I provide my own materials and have your team set up?
NO! We use high quality balloons and backdrops. We can not guarantee the quality of items purchased elsewhere.
How long do the balloons last?
Latex balloons can last for several days/weeks indoors. The life span of the balloons depends on the environment they are set up or kept in. Outdoor set ups have many factors that can cause the balloons to pop. We do not guarantee the life span of balloons outdoors. No refunds are given for outdoor set ups.
What is your change/cancelation policy?
Cancellations are handled on a per-client basis. you have specific needs or circumstances, please reach out to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Thank you for your understanding!
Where do you delivery/set up?
We sat up all over the Vally. Set up and delivery starts at $150 and may be upcharged based on distance and party size.
